In the 1940s Texarkana was haunted by the Phantom Killer who attacked young lovers. The city panicked while the local youth took matters into their own hands. Did they catch the murder? Was it one person or multiple killers? This case would spawn cautionary tales and urban legends warning teens from making out in the back of parked car.
